Recently we have removed Windows 98, Windows ME and any operating system below Mac OS X from our support boundaries.
What can I do if my problem falls outside the support boundaries?
You might still find answers on the internet or UPC-SUPPORT Forums. Try the original manufacturer’s website for support information. Or there may be a web forum with advice and solutions for your problem, even if your computer or software is relatively old.
